As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Bookkeeper & Office Manager with the ambition to grow with us.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage a variety of essential financial tasks. This role will focus on overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assisting with QuickBooks-related accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and reliable team player with the ambition to take on increasing responsibility and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection.
  • Accounts Payable: Oversee vendor bills, process payments, and reconcile statements.
  • QuickBooks Management: Assist with day-to-day QuickBooks entries, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Office Management: Support general office operations, including managing office supplies, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, budget tracking, and forecasting.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Assist with basic tax filing preparations and year-end financial audits.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in QuickBooks on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably with experience using QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial management.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and interested in growing with us.
