First Bank Chicago Named Best Bank to Work For 2024

First Bank Chicago has been named the best bank to work for in the United States in 2024 by American Banker in their nationwide survey. First Bank Chicago was ranked No. 1 out of 90 banks that earned a spot on the Best Banks to Work 2024 list. It is the 3rd time in three tries that First Bank Chicago has been recognized by the annual Best Banks to Work For program.

Determining the Best Banks to Work For ranking depends on two sources of data: an anonymous survey measuring overall workplace satisfaction that’s completed by employees at applicant banks as well as a review of each applicant’s various policies and benefits.
